Policies

  • We do all of our bookings on our online. Our booking system will let you book up to 4 hours in advance.
  • At Magnolia + Fig we often will book up quickly. We suggest booking online at least a week in advance or looking the night before your preferred appointment for cancelled slots that are open. Should you require a same day appointment, please give us a ring at 646.926.1189. Please leave us a message. 
  • Magnolia + Fig has a 24-hour cancellation policy. If you cancel your appointment 24 hours or less before your appointment, or if you do not show up for your appointment without advanced notice, you will be charged the full cost of the session on the credit card used to hold the time slot.
  • We require credit card information to hold your appointment time.
  • All appointments are subject to an NJ sales tax of 6.875%
  • We offer 10% same day re-bookings and offer a 15% referral discounts. Please inquire for more information
  • Gift Cards can be purchased in our brick & mortar or in our online store. You can choose standard delivery or instant eGift Certificates. Since we work by appointment, we suggest coordinating a time to come in to purchase a gift card or pick up an order placed online.
  • We offer returns for credit on unused and unopened packages within 14 days. 
  • Discounted packages are offered. They are non-refundable, non-transferable. They cannot be combined with gift cards or another discount and we ask they be used in full within 1 year. After which, the balance on the card reverts back to the original cash value.
  • We accept Cash, Visa, Mastercard, Amex, and Discover. We do not accept checks. We can help you with a bill with diagnostic and CPT codes for therapeutic sessions to submit to your flex-spending account, if your plan offers massage as a covered service
  • Gratuities are in cash only. Returns can be made within 14 days for store or session credit.
